If you wish to experience some authentic Chinese cooking but don't want to go to Binondo, Mr. Choi Kitchen in Makati would be a good place to consider. All your favorites are there from dimsum to fried rice to noodles to peking duck -- name it, they have it. They also have a sweet nice little dessert that others don't have: chilled taho which you yourself would scrape off (what-you-may-call-it) the barrel. :)
